Mainline: Technical Advice
Did Mainline become a supplier? Yes: a supplier of technical advice for the Global Fund. Harm reduction organisations and networks of people who use drugs across the world can now request a Mainline training or capacity building. Read more about how this works.
Strengthening community engagement
The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria launched a new round of their ‘Community, Rights and Gender Strategic Initiative’. Their objective is to strengthen the engagement of civil society and communities most affected by the three diseases in Global Fund and related processes.
Technical assistance
Any organisation that receives funds via the Global Fund can request technical assistance at any time throughout the funding cycle. The assistance can address the following areas:
- Situational analysis and needs assessment
- Engagement in country dialogue
- Support to design and implementation arrangements
Technical assistance is provided peer-to-peer, by 26 non-governmental organisations including key population networks and civil society organisations. And now also including Mainline.
You can find more information and send in a request for support via the Global Fund website. After your request is awarded, the costs for the support are covered by the Global Fund and we can get to work!
Should the above raise questions or in case you would like to discuss options with us: feel free to contact us at any time.
