Mainline is committed to classic harm reduction interventions such as needle exchange, opiate substitution treatment, HIV care: testing, treatment, support, control of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases, overdose prevention and distribution of informational and communication materials.
In addition, Mainline advocates for marginalized people who use drugs who do not use opiates but stimulants such as methamphetamine and cocaine, or people who do not inject their drugs but ingest the substances in other ways.
