Population size estimate of people using crack cocaine and
other drugs in the Netherlands (2025)

Mainline field workers took to the streets and interviewed more than 520 users about their opiate and crack use. The Trimbos Institute conducted a statistical analysis to estimate the total number of users. Crack use appears to have increased significantly in our country.

African Drug Policy & Harm Reduction Data Base (2025)

From 2020 till 2025 Mainline was part of the Love Alliance program. Together with SANPUD: the South African Network of People who Use Drugs, we designed a database with relevant information about drug use, harm reduction and drug policy in all the 10 Love Alliance priority countries

Tina & slamming in the Netherlands (2015)

n 2015, Mainline investigated the use of crystal meth and slamming in sexual settings among men who have sex with men. It was the first time such research had been conducted in the Netherlands. download PDF
